Simran’s Success Story
Meet Simran B.
Simran graduated from Riverside Poly High School as the class valedictorian, with an impressive 4.8 GPA!
Simran first attended Bumo the summer before her junior year for one-on-one ACT/SAT Test Prep and ended up scoring a 34 on her first official ACT test!
During her junior and senior year, Simran also did an NIH-sponsored internship through Loma Linda University and worked for the Behavioral Health Institute! She highly recommends anyone interested in the health science field to look into this opportunity for an eye-opening experience.
She is currently attending Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute-Albany Medical College for the 7-year BS/MD program! Simran is studying Pre-Med in hopes of becoming a future surgeon. Talk about AMBITIOUS! One fun fact about Simran is that she is ambidextrous - this will probably help her become a great surgeon! She is most excited about are the new experiences and friends she will make all the while being able to study what she loves!

Simran on Practice Tests
“Practice tests! Don’t take those for granted. Try to do multiple practice tests a week and go over them with your tutors and I promise you will see a drastic difference. It will get you acclimated to the pressure of the test and also helps strengthen your weak spots slowly. Don’t give up and have confidence!”
