You can start your BumoBrain Learning Program immediately after you receive a code via email.

Our BumoBrain Learning Program is a month-to-month subscription starting at $49 USD/Month. You will be automatically charged for each month unless your program is canceled per our cancellation policy. The day you purchase the program is the recurring date that you will be charged (e.g. if you purchase the BumoBrain Learning Program on October 3rd, you will be charged on November 3rd and so forth).

Yes! To receive more information about tuition assistance, please email concierge@bumobrain.com. Please note that our Scholarship and Tuition Assistance Program can only be offered to families enrolled in our Success Program or our Learning Program.

We highly encourage parents or guardians to sign up for a complimentary orientation with one of our education coordinators. Our Learning Program is a monthly subscription where we deliver 4-6 daily age-specific lessons and unplugged activities that your child can do at home. It also comes with easy-to-follow instructional videos paired with each activity and worksheet. (Does NOT include live instruction by a teacher).

Our Live Online Classes is a monthly subscription to book from 100+ live instruction classes that offers live instruction that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and exploration. Each 30-minute class has a maximum of 6 students and is taught on Zoom with a fun, interactive, and engaging teacher.

There will always be a review in the beginning of each class if needed and because each class introduces a new concept, they can be considered “stand-alone” lessons.

No. Each class subject is designed to teach the same material for the week. Our classes are offered at different times each week in order to accommodate the different schedules of our families from all over the world.

Although we do not have specific prerequisites, we strongly encourage scheduling a complimentary orientation to properly assess your child’s needs and to explain the program in further detail.

Programs

Absolutely! Our education coordinators work closely with each family to determine which program would best suit their child and family schedule. Our goal is to ensure that every child thrives and feels confident. If you have any questions or concerns, please schedule a complimentary orientation with one of our education coordinators.

The BumoBrain Learning program is designed to engage students for 2-3 hours per day with a maximum of one hour of screen time.

If your family would like additional live classes, we highly recommend our Live Online Classes. Our Live Classes include Reading, Math, Spanish, Science, Dance, and more!

Our BumoBrain Learning Program is accessible anywhere at any time on any smart device! Our BumoBuddies love watching their learning videos and completing their activities on the go!

Yes! Upgrade your plan at any time by heading to your Live Classes ‘My Account’ page and clicking ‘Upgrade Live Classes Subscription’. If you need to downgrade your plan or have any other questions, email us at help@bumobrain.com. Please see our Subscription Terms for full details.

Yes! Our cohorts are flexible to ensure every child feels confident and adequately challenged. Please email help@bumobrain.com to change your child’s cohort.

Cancellations for booked BumoBrain Live Classes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. Only for such proper cancellations, the class credit for the cancelled class will be returned back into your monthly allotment of classes. If you want to switch classes, you must cancel the original class at least 48 hours prior to the start time and book a new class with the returned class credit.

Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the subscription renewal. Cancelling your subscription does not provide you a refund for subscription payments already processed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Once your cancellation has been confirmed, you will have access to your subscription until the end of that current billing period. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.

If you cancel your BumoBrain Live Classes subscription, but still have remaining single-use class credits that were purchased in addition to the monthly class credits included in your subscription plan, they will remain valid for use in your account without expiration.

BümoBrain Box

Yes! You can choose if you’d like to include the BumoBrain Box in your monthly subscription when enrolling in your program.

Billing/Payment

Our BumoBrain program starts at $49 USD per month throughout the world. If you chose to include the BumoBrain Box in your monthly subscription, your program will cost $99 USD per month plus the cost of shipping.

Cancellation Policy

BümoBrain Live Class Program Refunds

Cancellations for live classes must be made at least 7 calendar days prior to the first class date of said cancelled program. For instance, if Client cancels a live class program that is scheduled to start on March 20, 2021, then the program should be cancelled no later than March 13, 2021 by 11:59 PM Pacific Time. For such cancellations, Client will receive a full refund within 3 business days. Any cancellation within 7 days of the first class of said program will not be eligible for a refund. Client cannot transfer a credit for such classes for another class for any reason. Should Client want to switch classes, Client must cancel original classes/program and book new classes. Should Client cancel and be eligible for a refund and has not received a refund, please email billing@bumobrain.com

Subscription Terms

At BumoBrain, we offer monthly memberships ( “Membership”). Please review these BumoBrain Membership Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Membership you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Memberships are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel your Membership or we otherwise terminate your account.

By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale.

1. BumoBrain Digital Memberships. If you choose a digital membership, your Membership will provide you with access to lessons for your student’s age cohort on the BumoBrain platform– you will be able to stream video content on BumoBrain, Members-Only sales events, special offers and discounts from great educational and children’s brands, and more. The BumoBrain Digital Membership does not include the BumoBrain Box. Your BumoBrain Digital Memberships automatically renew annually on the anniversary of your initial billing date and, unless you cancel your Membership in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 3 “Cancellation” below), your payment method on file will be automatically charged for the next month (i.e., $49 USD (plus taxes if applicable)).

2. BumoBrain and Box Memberships. A BumoBrain Membership consists of access outlined in the BumoBrain Digital Membership along with a monthly product box (each, a “Box”) and an additional Box sent out each month thereafter.

If you sign up for a BumoBrain Membership, you will be immediately billed $99 USD (plus shipping and taxes if applicable) as a non-refundable minimum purchase and that month’s box will be the first Box you receive. The specific Box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability or may be based on the specific promotional code that you choose to use. Your Membership will then continue and your credit or debit card will be charged $99 USD (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable) monthly from your initial charge date.

The BumoBrain Membership is for an ongoing service that is billed each month ($49.99 USD, plus shipping and taxes if applicable) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. Unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 3 “Cancellation” below), you will continue to be charged as described above.

3. Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your Membership with us at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships.

In order to cancel your Membership, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at bumobrain@hellobumo.com, indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions that we send you in response; OR (b) log into your Member Account, navigate to the “Manage Subscription” link or “My subscription and orders” tab, choose Cancel, and follow the instructions; OR (c) log into your Member Account, navigate to the Customer Concierge tab, and follow the instructions to cancel; OR (d) text us at 1-424-500-8556, indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions given.

There are no cancellation fees.
Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Membership renewal. Cancelling your Membership does not provide you a refund for Membership payments already processed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.

4. Taxes and Shipping and Handling. Stated prices for Membership and other products (including Edit Sale products and Add-Ons) do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. We have the right to charge you for any taxes that we believe we are required to pay or collect related to your purchase. Please also note that shipping and handling fees currently apply to all shipments outside the contiguous United States.

5. Data Transfers. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.
