Q: How long has your child been learning with BumoBrain?

A: My son started when he was two and has been learning for 6 months now.

Q: What classes have they tried?

A: He’s enjoyed BumoBeats, Dino disco, BumoTots and will do Singalong adventure tomorrow!

Q: Who is your child’s BumoTeacher?

A: Justin Pelen, Andy Widdel and Lieryn Johnson.

Q: Why did you decide on these classes?

A: These classes seemed suitable for his age group and sounded engaging and fun! My son is really into dinosaurs and loves singing and musical instruments.

Q: Does your child use Bumo as a replacement for in-person learning or as a supplement to their usual education?

A: He hasn’t started any type of schooling yet, but it’s definitely a good replacement for in person learning during this time and I will definitely keep going as a supplement and extra curricular in the future.

Q: What’s their favorite part about their experience?

A: My little one loves the singing along and the interactive experience with the teachers. He also likes seeing all the other kids his age take part too. The learning activities using play dough and playing musical instruments also make him really happy!

Q: What’s your favorite part about their experience/the Bumo curriculum?

A: I love seeing my toddler interacting with his teachers. I can see him learning and participating, smiling and laughing. I appreciate the experience Bumo has given us during a pandemic when we couldn’t do regular in person, mommy and me classes. And it also gives me a little break to make coffee and have a breather too!

Q: How have you seen their education with BumoBrain impact their development?

A: I’ve seen quite a jump in his speech development after taking BumoBrain and growing interest in and knowledge in his colors and shapes and even different types of dinosaurs. He has also shown some new musical development and sings new songs on his own now. I’ve also seen growth in his social skills and how he interacts with other people more confidently that are not within our household.


Q: What are your goals for your child as they continue learning with Bumo?

A: My goals for him are to continue to have a love for learning even as he gets older. Excited for him to take classes like Chef Math and Bumo Bugs – Learning while having fun and socializing with kids his age.


Q: What would you share with other parents who are curious about trying Bumo?

A: I would definitely recommend Bumo to other parents. I would share that it teaches kids to have a love for learning at an early age. The classes are fun, energetic, engaging and the teachers do an amazing job creating a virtual space that feels like you’re there in person.

Q: Does your child participate in any other programs with Bumo?

A: No, but we would love to check out the BumoWork space at some point and take some in – person classes too.

Q: What has Bumo’s impact been on you/your child’s/your family’s lives since the Pandemic/Virtual Learning?

A: Bumo’s impact on us during this pandemic has been a very positive one. It has given my son an opportunity to experience a classroom experience that we could not have done without Bumo. It was nice to see my son amongst kids his own age, and nice to have a mommy and me type experience that we would have otherwise missed out on.

Q: What other classes/programs would you like to see from Bumo in the future?

A: Would love to see some foreign language classes for older kids. My daughter is 10 and I would love to put her in the Korean foreign language class!

Q: How could we make you/your child’s experience better?

A: So far I think Bumo is doing a great job, keeping the class sizes small and hiring the best teachers.

Q: How do you foresee your child’s future with Bumo?

A: I see my child growing with Bumo and taking a variety of different classes as his interests change and grow. Including foreign language classes in Korean and French!

Q: What do you feel is your child’s biggest benefit from learning with Bumo?

A: Right now, I feel his biggest benefit has been the social and interactive experience all from the comfort of home. Thank you BumoBrain!

Cancellation Policy

BümoBrain Live Class Program Refunds

Cancellations for live classes must be made at least 7 calendar days prior to the first class date of said cancelled program. For instance, if Client cancels a live class program that is scheduled to start on March 20, 2021, then the program should be cancelled no later than March 13, 2021 by 11:59 PM Pacific Time. For such cancellations, Client will receive a full refund within 3 business days. Any cancellation within 7 days of the first class of said program will not be eligible for a refund. Client cannot transfer a credit for such classes for another class for any reason. Should Client want to switch classes, Client must cancel original classes/program and book new classes. Subscription Terms

At BumoBrain, we offer monthly memberships ( “Membership”). Please review these BumoBrain Membership Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Membership you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Memberships are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel your Membership or we otherwise terminate your account.

By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale.

1. BumoBrain Digital Memberships. If you choose a digital membership, your Membership will provide you with access to lessons for your student’s age cohort on the BumoBrain platform– you will be able to stream video content on BumoBrain, Members-Only sales events, special offers and discounts from great educational and children’s brands, and more. The BumoBrain Digital Membership does not include the BumoBrain Box. Your BumoBrain Digital Memberships automatically renew annually on the anniversary of your initial billing date and, unless you cancel your Membership in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 3 “Cancellation” below), your payment method on file will be automatically charged for the next month (i.e., $49 USD (plus taxes if applicable)).

2. BumoBrain and Box Memberships. A BumoBrain Membership consists of access outlined in the BumoBrain Digital Membership along with a monthly product box (each, a “Box”) and an additional Box sent out each month thereafter.

If you sign up for a BumoBrain Membership, you will be immediately billed $99 USD (plus shipping and taxes if applicable) as a non-refundable minimum purchase and that month’s box will be the first Box you receive. The specific Box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability or may be based on the specific promotional code that you choose to use. Your Membership will then continue and your credit or debit card will be charged $99 USD (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable) monthly from your initial charge date.

The BumoBrain Membership is for an ongoing service that is billed each month ($49.99 USD, plus shipping and taxes if applicable) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. Unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 3 “Cancellation” below), you will continue to be charged as described above.

3. Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your Membership with us at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships.

In order to cancel your Membership, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at, indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions that we send you in response; OR (b) log into your Member Account, navigate to the “Manage Subscription” link or “My subscription and orders” tab, choose Cancel, and follow the instructions; OR (c) log into your Member Account, navigate to the Customer Concierge tab, and follow the instructions to cancel; OR (d) text us at 1-424-500-8556, indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions given.

There are no cancellation fees.
Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Membership renewal. Cancelling your Membership does not provide you a refund for Membership payments already processed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.

4. Taxes and Shipping and Handling. Stated prices for Membership and other products (including Edit Sale products and Add-Ons) do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. We have the right to charge you for any taxes that we believe we are required to pay or collect related to your purchase. Please also note that shipping and handling fees currently apply to all shipments outside the contiguous United States.

5. Data Transfers. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.
